Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of draw space and the bathroom also has a shower over the bath. The spacious Lounge/Diner leads onto a balcony, with patio furniture and Barbecue, - there are lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea, Mountains and Golf Course. Shopping is made easy with supermarket, paper shop, restaurants, bars etc to be found just 500m from the apartment and nearby, in La Cala, there is a friendly local market that is held twice a week at the feria ground. Other nearby facilities include 18 hole 72 par Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Pro-shop, Crazy Golf, Tennis, Paddle Tennis and Gym. Apart from the beautiful beach at Riviera there are numerous fine sandy beaches just a short drive away and any activity you could think of is catered for within a reasonable distance- even skiing!
WHERE ARE WE?
The property is in the Urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, a pleasant 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport - a map will be provided. From this apartment beaches, shops and numerous bars and restaurants are all within walking distance for the fit and active although Car Hire is recommended for the property as this stretch of coast is quite hilly. Your own transport would also allow you to take full advantage of the many interesting places that there are to visit in this area. Close by is the picturesque Marina of Cabopino where you can have a drink or meal whilst watching the yachts bob up and down and just a 25-minute drive away is the wonderful white village of Mijas with its superb views and donkeys! All that Marbella and Puerto Banus have to offer is only 10 miles away as is Fuengirola in the opposite direction. Gibraltar, Seville, Granada and Ronda are all within easy driving distance and offer the tourist a wide variety of sights to see and things to do. With Miraflores Golf Course right on the doorstep and some 15 other 18 Hole courses, available for play all year, all within a 20 minute drive it is not surprising that this area is know as the ‘Costa del Golf’.
