It is ideally placed for family holidays being just 500 metres from a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants plus a mere 700 metres from the local beaches. A host of leisure activities are available within the immediate surrounding area, including Golf, Tennis and Bowls Clubs,  making this the ideal location for all generations of the family.

The apartment is in gated complex that is set in spacious landscaped gardens with 2 good sized swimming pools both with separate children’s pool and one of the pools has a pool bar and a children’s play area. There are sunbeds and parasols around both pools for your use at no extra charge.

 Nearby at The Miraflores Club House there is a good restaurant and in the summer season they have live entertainment most nights.

From the parking area there are a short flight of steps to gain access to the grounds of the complex and then a short walk to this ground floor apartment. There is also ramped access should you prefer.

The entrance doorway opens into the spacious, well furnished, Lounge and there is a Dining area with formal suite to the left. The Master bedroom has a double bed and the luxury of an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have twin beds and all bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is a second shower bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom and a fully fitted, good sized kitchen that has all you need for the self-catering family.  There is full air-conditioning with a heat option for cooler evenings.

WHERE ARE WE?

The property is in the popular Garden development of Miraflores, just a 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport along the main A7 Coastal Highway and right at the heart of the 'Costa del Golf'. The 18-hole Miraflores Golf Course is just a few minutes away and within a 20 minute drive there are some 15 other 18-hole courses available for play all year. Cabopino-Santa Maria-La Cala- Noria-Mijas-Alhurin-Los Naranjos-La Quinta-Aloha-Rio Real-Marbella-Santa Clara-to name but a few. All other sporting activities are catered for close by – including tennis, bowls and first class horse racing at the Hipodromo.

Just a short walk away is the Las Terrazas Commercial centre where there is a supermarket,

shops and a choice of bars and restaurants. The local beach is just 700 metres from the apartments and there are many more fine sandy beaches within a short drive.

Also close by is the picturesque Marina of Cabopino where you can have a drink or meal whilst watching the yachts bob up and down - the beaches adjacent to the marina are great too.

With the apartment centrally located sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages like Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull-Ring, Arab baths and breathtaking gorge.
