This penthouse duplex apartment has a private entrance that opens into the bedroom level of the property. Here you will find 3 bedrooms all with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further family bathroom too.

From the upper hallway stairs lead down to the living area. The fitted kitchen is a good size and well equipped for the self-catering family. It has a separate door out to the terrace. The spacious Living Area is nicely furnished with three deep comfortable sofas, a modern dining suite and a flat screen TV with a  DVD player. There are Patio Doors that lead directly to the huge terrace suitably furnished for leisurely wining and dining. The views are of the coastline and mountains are fantastic.

All doors and windows in this complex are of a very Spanish design with wooden internal shutters to give privacy and coolness. There are also ceiling fans to add to your comfort.

Outside there are large community gardens with a good sized free-form pool and a separate childrens pool for you to use. The pool area is enclosed by a low level fence. There is also a pleasant well equipped childrens play area and two paddle tennis courts.

In the immediate vicinity there are a couple of bars and restaurants and in the village of La Cala ~ just a pleasant  10-minute stroll from the apartment ~  you will find an interesting mix of old and new Spain.

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHERE ARE WE?

 

 Navigolf is part of the La Noria golfing complex on the outskirts of the village of La Cala de Mijas and is just 5km from Fuengirola, 20km from Marbella and a pleasant 25-minute drive from Malaga Airport.

A coastal highway, the A7, travelling between the mountains and the sea, links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja. With this apartment centrally located sightseeing is simple. Within easy reach are Gibraltar, Malaga, Granada, Seville and Cordoba. The famous White Villages of Andalucia - Casares, Gaucin, Benahavis and Mijas are all a stones throw away or venture a little inland and visit the incredible Ronda with its ancient Bull-Ring, recently restored Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge.

This area is well known as the 'Costa del Golf' and for good reason - there are over 30 golf courses within a 30-minute drive and all are playable all year round. For the active holidaymaker every sport imaginable is available within a short distance - even skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains!!
