The apartments are set in landscaped gardens with 3 Swimming Pools surrounded by large lawns interspersed with walkways and water features. There is underground parking and with a lift to all floors. This spacious 1st Floor apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry/utility room. The Master Bedroom has patio doors that open out onto the main terrace and an en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and there is a further family shower bathroom. The large comfortably furnished Lounge/Diner leads directly out to the main terrace that is furnished for ‘al fresco’ dining. The views from the terrace are of one of the swimming pools, landscaped gardens and the woodlands that surround the complex. Locally there is a variety of sporting activities to choose from and within a twenty-minute drive of the apartment you have the pick of more than 20 first class 18 hole golf courses - all open to the public - small wonder that this area is internationally known as the 'Costa del Golf. The Jardines de Santa Maria complex is situated just off the A7 (N-340), a coastal highway, that sits between the mountains and the sea and links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja You are just 30 minutes from Malaga airport and just 10 minutes away are the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. With the apartment centrally located near Marbella sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada, Malaga, Cordoba and Seville. Gibraltar with the famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge. For families there are numerous sandy beaches within easy reach and most have beach bars and restaurants and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centres very close.
