The apartments are set in large grounds with 2 Swimming Pools both with parasols and sunbeds for you to use without charge. There is underground allocated parking and with a lift to all floors. This spacious ground floor apartment has large terracing that almost encircles the apartment. There is a good sized fully equipped kitchen with a door that opens onto the terrace. The Master Bedroom has patio doors that also open out onto the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a walk in shower cubicle. There is a second bedroom that its own en-suite bathroom and again patio doors that open onto the terrace. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and there is a further family shower bathroom. The large comfortably furnished Lounge/Diner is double aspect and leads directly out to the main terrace that is furnished for ‘al fresco’ dining. The views from the terrace are across part of the olive and oak woodlands that surround the south side of the complex. This holiday rental accommodation is ideally placed for everyone to enjoy themselves. Locally there is a variety of sporting activities to choose from and within a twenty-minute drive of the apartment you have the pick of more than 20 first class 18 hole golf courses - all open to the public - small wonder that this area is internationally known as the 'Costa del Golf. Nearby facilities include a Par-72 18 hole Golf Course, another 9 hole Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Tennis, Bowls and Pro Shop. In the Club House, just a few minutes stroll from the apartment, is a well appointed Bar and Restaurant with a lovely open-air terrace.

The Los Patios de Santa Maria complex is situated just off the A7 (N340), a coastal highway, that sits between the mountains and the sea and links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja You are just 30 minutes from Malaga airport and just 10 minutes away are the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. With the apartment centrally located near Marbella sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada, Malaga, Cordoba and Seville. Gibraltar with the famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge. For families there are numerous sandy beaches within easy reach and most have beach bars/restaurants and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centres very close. The apartment is also ideal for non-golfers who enjoy quality accommodation in a peaceful and un-crowded setting.
