The Los Patios de Santa Maria complex is set in woodlands and is a few minutes stroll from the many amenities of Elviria - a green and leafy quarter of Marbella. This luxury air-conditioned two bedroom apartment offers superb holiday accommodation for the family and is in the quieter part of the complex near the second pool and overlooks the garden area. Just next door to the holiday apartments is the Santa Maria Golf Club where visiting players are made very welcome. Nearby there are sandy beaches complete with beach restaurants where you can enjoy an ice-cream, drink or meal or try the famous Nikki Beach for the upmarket party atmosphere that always lasts until the early hours of the morning.

The Los Patios de Santa Maria holiday rental apartments have two swimming pools that are equipped with parasols and sun loungers for you to use without additional cost and for each apartment there is private allocated underground parking.

As you walk into your third floor vacation apartment there is a separate fully equipped kitchen just to your left. Directly in front of you is the spacious and beautifully furnished Lounge/Diner that leads directly onto the terrace. For your entertainment there is a Television, with a selection of channels in a number of languages, a DVD Player and a CD/Radio/Tape Player.

Both of the well proportioned twin bedded bedrooms have ample storage space for all your holiday clothes and there are two bathrooms. The terrace is bathed in sunshine from mid-day till sunset and overlooks the  tranquil landscaped gardens. Just to the right you have a good view of the second swimming pool.

Nearby facilities include the 18hole Santa Maria Golf Course, Sauna, Gym, Tennis, Lawn Bowls and Pro Shop. At the Santa Maria Golf Clubhouse, just two minutes walk from the apartment, there is also a well appointed Bar and Restaurant with a lovely open air terrace where all are welcome.

 

 

 

 

WHERE ARE WE?

 

 

The Los Patios de Santa Maria complex is a pleasant 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport - if you do not wish to hire a car we can arrange a Private Airport Transfer to whisk you to your booked accommodation.

Santa Maria is a family orientated resort located in the green wooded area of Elviria, Marbella. The most famous local landmark is the Don Carlos Hotel which towers over the surrounding countryside and is home to the famous Marbella Nikki Beach where the rich and famous come to party the night away.

All amenities are within walking distance and there are a large number of varied restaurants for you to choose from. There are two supermarkets one of which is an OPENCOR that is open from 8am to 2am the next morning - 365 days a year.

For retail therapy a visit to the designer shops that abound in Marbella and Puerto Banus is just a 10-minute drive.

With the apartment centrally located near Marbella sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge.

For families there are numerous sandy beaches within easy reach and most have beach bars and

restaurants and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centres very close. For the Golfer you are at the centre of the ‘Costa del Golf’ and within 30-minutes drive you have a choice of 30 golf courses that are playable all year round and the Santa Maria Golf Course, literally next door to the Los Patios apartments, is a well maintained and challenging course.

The location is also ideal for families who enjoy quality accommodation

in a peaceful and un-crowded setting.
